"The Meal Plan" : Q & A
Q. How does the meal plan program work?
A. The Dietitian must first determine how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. This is known as your daily maintenance. The Dietitian must then devise a high nutrient, low calorie meal plan so that your body will be in a calorie deficit which will force the body to burn it's stored FAT for energy! There will be no guessing as what to eat or when to eat it. The dietitian will prepare you an exact meal by meal eating schedule that is easy to follow.

Q. What happens after you get your meal plan?
A. There is a FREE 30 day follow up with a revised meal plan with the Dietitian by phone, e-mail, or fax to insure your continued success in your fat loss journey. You are responsible for contacting the Dietitian for your FREE 30-day follow up.

Q. How much is the meal plan?
A. The fee is ~~$250~~ $200.00 Holiday Special. After two months, you will have learned what it takes to control your weight from here on out. You will gain understanding why the body stores fat, and how to get the body to tap into its fat stores to lose weight. You should be able to control your own weight gain and loss in the future. If you should need further assistance, or guidance, please contact the Dietitian for more information.
